Shipping policy
Please note that due to unusually high demand as well as the covid-19 crisis and global social distancing measures, order processing and shipping is taking more time than usual. Our standard estimate of 2-4 weeks is currently closer to 3-5 weeks for order delivery. We’re actively doing everything we can to get you your orders as fast as possible and following the latest guidance on safety and social distancing. This is a difficult time for everyone and we thank you for your patience. Order processing and shipping may take longer, but your order will reach you. Your support means a lot to us, especially during this time and we appreciate you! Your health is our number one priority right now, so please stay safe, healthy, and take care of yourselves.
Sometimes products will arrive in separate packages in order to expedite shipping.
Returns and exchanges are easy. All you have to do is email us at trends4steal@gmail.com, send us back the item(s) you would like to return or exchange, and pay for the return shipping.
If you would like to purchase an item as a gift, all you have to do is enter the name and address of the gift recipient in the shipping information when placing your order. We do not include receipts with prices in our packages so there is nothing else you need to do :) You will receive an order confirmation via email though, so make sure to use your own email when placing a gift order.
We ship worldwide and all orders are trackable via your country's national shipping service (USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, Australia Post, New Zealand Post, etc.)
If after 8 weeks you do not receive your item, we will happily reship your item to you at no additional cost as long as you entered the correct information on the checkout page. Please make sure to enter your correct shipping information and that there are no mistakes because we are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address entered at checkout. We are also not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the postal carrier.
For International Orders: Please note that we are not responsible for any customs, fees, tariffs, or any other government fees, lost packages in your home country, natural weather events, public holidays, or any other issues. Please check with your home country’s policies in regards to taxes/duties

Please note: Free Just Pay for Shipping Items do not qualify for refunds, unless received damaged, or broken, and proof with an image is sent to our customer support and verified at trends4steal@gmail.com
Please note: Custom Printed Items do not qualify for a refund. However, you can cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support at trends4steal@gmail.com. Please allow 24-48 hours after sending in your email for us to respond.

Our return policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since delivery of your item, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases as well as personal items which are worn.
Additional non-returnable items:
Some health and personal care items such as Shapewear
Earrings or clothing that have been removed from their packaging and worn or used
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If this happens please email us immediately at trends4steal@gmail.com so we can take care of it, your satisfaction is our top priority!
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at trends4steal@gmail.com
